What's Up????

Well friend's nothing to exciting going on in my life right now ...............ok not true it is exciting being home that is apart of what I am learning. See friends I think that is a HUGE MISCONCEPTION on our parts is we think that if we are at home more and not serving for all to see or in the lime light so to speak then we are not doing anything of importance or exciting and that is such a lie straight from the pit of HELL my friends. WHEREVER THE LORD HAS US IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE and being home with our families is of utmost importance and God's devine order for us is God, Hubby's, kiddo's, work, ministry so if we are not in this order we are not in God's perfect will ................... my friends and I have all found ourselves in many different seasons and though some of those seasons are tough for some and not so tough for others we all know we are right where the Lord wants us and there is no better place to be. He is growing all of us in different areas of our lives bringing us all closer to thee which is all we can ask for. I want to encourage you mom's whom find yourself in the season of being HOME there REALLY IS NO GREATER MISSION FIELD right now then for us to pour our lives into our children there will prayerfully shall the Lord tarry be plenty of time to serve in the future however there is only ONE CHILDHOOD and friends it really does go by in the blink of an eye so cherish every moment and be thankful for that moment that so many other's never get. I am missing serving so much but I am also loving spending more family time with my kid's and hubby and dont get me wrong I can still serve just not at every event and function there is I am learning to truely take all things in prayer and allow God to plan my days not me telling Him what I will do it has been refreshing. I pray whatever season we find ourselves in today that we find that perfect peace only found in the Lord as He leads the way.
God Bless,
Cindy Bolt

Yes being at home is a blessing...it's wherever God is leading each person...
Raising Godly children should be one of our top priorities.
Going and serving at church while our families are in chaos or disorder, hmmm...I don't feel like that's God's call for me. I do like to serve and I will more and more; however, not at the expense of being a bad witness to my husband and children and having a home full of chaos. We each must seek the Lord's will in our lives. There is meaning in the mundane things too...like making dinner for your family and taking care of their needs...keeping a somewhat organized house...etc.
Thank you Cindy! I love you!

You are so right...being able to stay home with our children is a HUGE blessing - that sometimes I make the mistake of not looking at as a blessing (okay, often - but I wish it was just sometimes :) ) Thanks for sharing! I hope you are doing well...you should be gearing up for some summer fun, right? (I thought you said you'd be done w/ school soon) Your blog looks great! I miss seeing you! K

Hi there! I guess I could have emailed...but I wanted to see if you had posted to see what you are up to! Yes, we are so having a good time here...but it has still been a major adjustment overall - more so than I thought. Great thing is we found a church we love on day 2 (amazing, huh?) I guess God knew that was a big one on the list...so He was faithful to provide it right away. The kids go to VBS next week and their summer Ladies' Study starts then too. So all is good on that front! Hope your summer is getting off to a good start!
